This is our founder, Tero. He grew up on a family farm in Finland that's been around for 13 generations. There, he learned to appreciate the best off-the-beaten-path ingredients and the worst puns. Tero started Four Sigmatic to share these feel-good Finnish traditions with the world. As you might have guessed, we don't take ourselves too seriously. But our products are no joke.

We source the world's finest ingredients. We also work with third-party testers to geek out about formulas and purity levels, so you don't have to worry about the science.

Our instant coffee is an innovative blend. We carefully roast and brew shade-grown, organic Colombian coffee beans, then concentrate the coffee by evaporation and spray-dry it into a pure, delectable, instant powder. Our Finnish roots mean we take coffee very seriously, which is why we also third-party lab test each batch for maximum quality, ensuring each serving delivers 50mg of caffeine (about half of a regular cup of coffee).

Why combine mushrooms with coffee? We love coffee, but it has its downsides. We added 250mg of organic Lion's Mane per serving, a functional, nootropic mushroom used worldwide for increased focus and creativity. This unparalleled pairing means no jitters, and hours of crash-free focus.

Each cup also contains 250mg of wild-harvested, organic Chaga, known as "The King of Mushrooms" for its incredible immune-supporting effects. Chaga is one of the most antioxidant-dense foods on the planet.

Our instant coffee is also infused with rhodiola rosea, an ancient adaptogen used to support endurance, reduce stressors, and boost brain function. We source this resilient rhodiola rosea extract from the harsh Tibetan mountains.
